Groundhog offers a complete line of rubber tracks for all brands of mini to mid size excavators.

Our rubber tracks are made with the finest and most durable rubber available. The structural design, strength, and performance come second to none. All Groundhog tracks are continuous in design meaning that there are no weak points. The steel cables hold the load bearing parts of the track with no point of jointment. You will not keep breaking tracks again and again after you have given us a chance.

Our rubber tracks are 40% stronger than original and other traditionally made tracks.

One of the latest improvements in replacement rubber tracks is known as Continuous Steel Cord Technology. Using Continuous Steel Cords (CSC), as opposed to overlapping the steel cords at a single joint, provides up to 40% more strength in the track. In the proper use of your machine with this technology you can extend the lifespan of your tracks and save money.

• Our rubber tracks do not need the overlapping bond joint used in traditional tracks, thus the problems associated with traditional rubber tracks are a thing of the past.
• The Weakness of traditional rubber tracks is an overlapping inner cord.
• The strength of our Rubbertracks is that there is a continuous wound wire cord inside the tracks, Our tracks are assembled by a specially made machine for the purpose of making a Continuous jointless track.
• GroundHog Tracks have a new kind of rubber driving band, which will prove to have advantages: little ground specific pressure,more traction force and so on. Our Rubber Tracks can replace steel tracks. Our rubber Tracks will provide your machine with better travel performance then the traditional rubber track.
• We offer replacement rubbertracks for most excavators. We also have rubber tracks available for skid steers, bulldozers, and trackloaders.

If you do not know the size of your track, there are a few ways to check it.

• First, check your existing track to see if the size is stamped into the rubber. This may be difficult because the stamp usually fades away due to the wear and tear of your tracks.

If you want to measure the tracks yourself there are three easy steps.

1. Measure the width of the track in millimeters.
2. Measure the distance from the center of one link to the center of the next link (in millimeters). (this is known as the pitch)
3. Count the number of links, or lugs all the way around the track
   • The measurement is read Width x Pitch x Links.

You do not need to know the exact size of the replacement rubber tracks for your mini excavator but it does help. In most cases we can determine the size you need.

All Groundhog tracks come with a one year/ 1000 hour warranty. Refund will be subject to factory inspection and will not cover damage caused from unnatural wear due to abuse or misuse.
